Redoing Our Craft Room

This Craft Room remodel was looong overdue, and since we were heading into our business time of the year ( Fall and Christmas) it was the perfect time to get things set in order and we’re so glad we did!

The Before…….

This was the space right before the remodel, cluttered, disorderly, dark and overall just a very unwelcoming and uncomfortable work environment..

Not to mention there was a lot of wasted space, causing the room to feel smaller than it actually is.

Dysfunction & clutter

So we changed all that ….

We started with figuring out what our needs were, for us that was STORAGE, more specifically visible storage!

Getting Organized

adding in floor to ceiling shelving with clear or completely open storage containers was a game changer! Being able to see everything you have is a huge help when it come to creating!

In closing

We’re two years post re-model and still so happy with the space! This modest 330 sqft space is where we create all the handmade cloth items, It’s a light, bright, FUNCTIONAL and INSPIRATIONAL workspace! Nearly everything came from IKEA and is holding up well, We’ve Provided links to most of the staple pieces that people have asked about. If you’re thinking about revamping your own space DO IT, You wont regret it!
